What would you like me to focus on in my next DVD?

Hello everyone!  One topic I would like to learn is an in-depth blow by blow demonstration of the warm and cool concept in painting one subject.  I still don't see a difference when I try to do it in my own painting.  should it be a deeper or different value for it to be more evident?  Also, a demo of doing shadows would be good.  I realize these are newbie questions and not as advanced as doing water etc...
