I have many DVD's nothing beats this one in my view, by way of content excellent demonstration, from the yellow under painting that glows through under each wash, beautiful blends of hues, painting a white object that is full of color yet still read white, velvety look on the rose petals the undulation on the leaves you can almost feel, describing with color different planes on the subject to bring forward or push back, molding form by use of warm and cool hues , you can see how to work on the background or any area in sections without any demarcation lines this is invaluable. The priming method, understanding how important the degree of wetness on the paper is, this is a very empowering key to this method, the best part that you can view or listen to the DVD over and over and discover many more layers of teaching that may have been missed .
