This website is designed with you in mind. You will find it has two themes:

One for the artist and one for the collector of fine art. There are many cross- overs that will interest you all so do take a look at both sites.

On my Collectors and Fine Art site you will find my new gallery. Full of paintings that speak of our natural world, humanity and emotion - each is a narrative - and has a story to reveal.

You will find figurative, floral, still life, bird studies and wildlife, interior scenes and other subjects that have captured my imagination. I want my paintings to portray our world without affectation. I want to capture nature as and for all it is - earthy, honest, inspiring and compelling. As the seasons and years pass, I love the notion that my paintings allow time to stand still and bring attention to that moment that touched me and inspired me to capture it for all time.

Many of you will know or be aware of my major exhibitions. These are held every three or four years. I love to create an event that will live for many years in the memories of those who attend. These exhibitions are attended by up to 5000 visitors over the two exhibition days. Patrons travel from throughout New Zealand and also internationally to attend these rare events. I want to share these exhibitions with you too. As time moves closer to my October 2011 exhibition - I will create a sneak preview of my up-coming exhibition paintings in the gallery on my Fine Art site. I will let you know when that happens!

The For Artist's Site section of my new site is especially devoted to artists and is created for those who are searching for help, information and inspiration. You will find it all here! Enjoy exploring this site as you will be amazed at all this site contains. Beginning with a new gallery of my watercolor and oil paintings, you will also find inspiration in my free demonstrations, free watercolor lessons and numerous articles full of invaluable painting information.

The Publicity and Press section has a large number of published articles that will help you lift your art to the next level. You will love the free video clips which allow you sneak previews of my Watercolor DVDs and painting methods and techniques.

You will also discover we have an excellent artists community in our forum for artists. This forum is heavy-laden with everything you will want to know about my art, painting in general, announcements and reviews on my New Zealand and International workshops and Watercolor DVD reviews, favourite books, free watercolor lessons, hints, tips and invaluable help on anything and everything art related. A great new additional feature to my artist's site is my blog which will contain information on a huge array of subjects including announcements of exhibitions, workshops, new Watercolor DVDs, books, magazine articles, watercolor breakthroughs and all of the things I know you will want to hear about.

This new site is full of opportunities for artists to extend their own skills. Step-by-step demonstrations, articles about how to paint with watercolors and watercolor lessons as well as oil painting lessons, all showing you how to create a naturalistic realism. I love to teach and within these pages you will find information that will help you on your artistic journey - no matter your medium of choice.
